I was confused too cause the way yuuki met the girls is different from when you meet them in the game but I think the anime is trying to go it’s own way while keeping their stories and personalities somewhat similar. It might also be because the game is pretty long and they’re trying to make a shorter or different story for the anime. Seeing as to what’s happened so far in the anime I feel like the final battle will be in the next season if it’s not by the end of this one
